CLIENT FEEDBACK POLICY

Cockatoo No Interest Loans commits to improving our services and programs.  We want to hear about your experience. You have a right to tell us what we have done well and what we can do better, such as Centrepay payments complaints, staffing and/or Cockatoo NILs Office complaints.

We want to hear your compliments, suggestions, concerns and complaints. When you tell us about your experience with our service you do not need to give your name.

You can tell us about your experience through friends, family member, carer, advocate or external agency such as an Ombudsman. An interpreter service will be provided if required.

Alternatively, we can email or post a feedback form out to you or they can be found in our office at 5 Church Street Emerald.

You can also write to us at Cockatoo NILs, 5 Church Street Emerald and/or call us on 0427895596 to share your feedback. You can also book a meeting time with our manager and come and meet in person.

What we will do once provided the feedback:

  • We will listen to understand what you want to tell us.
  • We will treat you with dignity, fairness, courtesy and respect.
  • We will support you right to have a friend, family member, carer or advocate when you give us feedback.
  • We will let you know when we have received your feedback within 3 days of receiving it.
  • We will look into your concern or complain and do our best to resolve it within 15 working days. 

What if I’m not happy with the response or the outcome of my concern or complain?

You can ask that your feedback be taken further within Management, or you can make contact with your local state and federal agencies listed below.
