ECHO Youth and Family Services is an independent grass-roots Christian charity serving the community of the Eastern Hills of the Dandenong Ranges. ECHO provides support to children, youth, and families, through a range of programs, including facilitated playgroups, school chaplaincy, after-school programs for children and young people, food aid, no interest loans, and therapeutic horsemanship.
ECHO is conducting research to understand current needs, values and aspirations of the Eastern Hills community. We want to learn about what is important to community members, what they need and what they hope to see change in our local area.
This survey aims to measure community wellbeing and hear from community members about what is going well and what can be improved. We hope to identify ways that ECHO and other local organisations can better support community wellbeing.
There are 18 questions in total, which will take 5-10 minutes to complete. We do not ask for any identifying personal information. We do ask for some demographic information to better understand our results.
This Project is led by ECHO Youth and Family Services, supported by the Emerald Village Association and Connecting Cockatoo Communities, with funding from Cardinia Shire Council. If you have any questions about this survey or the Eastern Hills Community Engagement Project, please contact Megan Oshri (Evaluation and Research Coordinator) or Nicole Lane (CEO) on [email protected] or (03) 5968 4460.
