Ready2Go helps vulnerable and isolated people who require extra support to remain in the community they love with the assistance of a trained volunteer who checks on them to ensure they are safe and hydrated on extreme weather days as well as early relocation if they desire.

If you are interested in becoming a volunteer you must have a full driver's license, a registered car with comprehensive insurance and be willing to obtain a Police Check and Working with Children Check. Training is provided for all volunteers.
